Emily Bradley is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in law enforcement and a passion for protecting the rights of the innocent and those falsely accused.

Growing up in rural central Illinois, Emily developed a strong work ethic. From a young age, she delivered hundreds of daily newspapers to her community, instilling a sense of responsibility and dedication in everything she does.

With nearly a decade of experience in law enforcement, Emily has successfully investigated and solved numerous high-profile crimes, earning recognition and merit awards. Her expertise in cybercrime, dark web activity, financial crimes, and cryptocurrency-related offenses, coupled with her ACAMS certification, equips her to handle complex money laundering cases. At her department in Illinois, Emily became certified to teach courses that certified other officers in patrol rifle techniques.

Emily’s commitment to justice and her passion for protecting the rights of the innocent have led her to pursue a legal career. As a law student, she has delved into specialized areas of law, including income tax-related crimes, Native American law, and advanced evidence.

Upon graduation in May ‘25, Emily plans to practice criminal defense and personal injury, while slowly expanding into estate and trusts. Emily will focus her estates and trusts practice on creating gun trusts. Emily will leverage her unique blend of law enforcement experience, legal knowledge, and unwavering dedication to justice to continue serving Nebraskans.
